Sinclair Gold Ltd is an Australian gold exploration and development company based in West Perth, Western Australia. The company is primarily focused on the Mt Henry Gold Project, located in the Eastern Goldfields region about 20 kilometres south of Norseman and 220 kilometres south of Kalgoorlie. Mt Henry hosts a significant JORC-compliant mineral resource distributed across the Mt Henry, Selene and North Scotia deposits within a highly prospective 16-kilometre mineralised corridor. Selene accounts for the majority of the current resource and is part of a continuous banded iron formation–hosted gold system, while North Scotia is characterised as a high-grade deposit within the broader project area. In addition to its Western Australian assets, Sinclair Gold Ltd retains interests in exploration tenements in Sweden’s Bergslagen mining region, including the Falun copper-gold and polymetallic skarn project and the Sala silver, zinc-lead project. Through these projects, Sinclair Gold Ltd is positioned as a specialist participant in the gold and broader precious and base metals exploration segment of the materials sector.
