Hua Yin International Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the property development and management business in the People's Republic of China. It operates through two segments, Property Development and Management, and Property Investment. The Property Development and Management segment develops properties; and provides management services, including planning, designing, budgeting, licensing, contract tendering, and contract administration. The Property Investment segment holds properties for long term investment and leasing purposes, such as shopping mall units. It is also involved in the real estate property and rental management; and tourism development and management business. The company was formerly known as Ground International Development Limited and changed its name to Hua Yin International Holdings Limited in March 2021. Hua Yin International Holdings Limited was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
