Etruscus Resources Corp. is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of precious and base metal properties in Canada. Incorporated in 2017 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company targets deposits of gold, silver, zinc, lead, and copper. Its flagship asset, the 100% owned Rock & Roll property, spans 58 contiguous mineral claims covering approximately 29,344 hectares in the Laird Mining Division of British Columbia's Iskut River Valley. This project features diverse mineralized targets, including copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry systems, rare earth elements, volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposits, and shear vein gold systems. Notably, it hosts the Black Dog Deposit, a VMS with an NI 43-101 compliant inferred resource of 2,015,000 tonnes grading 2.63 g/t gold equivalent. Operating in the materials sector under other industrial metals and mining, Etruscus Resources Corp. employs a small team of about seven and plays a role in advancing early-stage exploration opportunities within Canada's resource-rich regions.
