Graycliff Exploration Limited is a Canada-based mineral exploration company dedicated to the acquisition, exploration, development, and extraction of natural resources, with a primary focus on gold and precious metals. The company holds 100% interests in key projects, including the Shakespeare Project, comprising 24 mineral claims spanning 516.8 hectares in two contiguous blocks located approximately 88 km west of Sudbury, Ontario, associated with the historic Shakespeare Gold Mine that operated from 1903 to 1907. It also controls the Baldwin Project, covering about 1,500 hectares in the Sudbury Mining Division. Overall, Graycliff manages roughly 1,468 to 3,674 hectares of prospective ground on the prolific Canadian Shield, where it has drilled over 12,500 meters, identifying visible gold in multiple holes. Graycliff plays a role in advancing early-stage gold exploration within Canada's established mining districts.
