NTT DC REIT is a real estate investment trust that specializes in owning and managing income-producing data center assets worldwide. Established in Singapore in March 2025, its core mandate is to invest directly or indirectly in stabilized, revenue-generating real estate primarily used for data storage and digital infrastructure, as well as properties that support the broader digital economy.
