Rift Helium PLC is a helium exploration and development company. The company is currently focused on the exploration of non-hydrocarbon associated helium bearing acreage at its early-stage Upepo Project, located in southwestern Tanzania, within the Rukwa Rift - forming part of the East Africa Rift System. The Upepo Project comprises three Prospecting Licences located near the southern shores of Lake Rukwa, Tanzania, and within the Rukwa Rift - forming part of the extensive East Africa Rift System extending for 5,000 km across the continent. The company's main country of operation is the United Republic of Tanzania.
