The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to provide investors with a total return, taking into account both capital and income returns, which reflects the net total return of the Russell 2000 Index. In order to achieve this investment objective, the investment policy of the Fund is to invest in FDI, in particular unfunded total return swaps, which will seek to deliver a return which reflects the performance of the Russell 2000 Index, the Fund’s Benchmark Index.
