The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance before fees and expenses of the Underlying Asset, which is the Russell 2000® Index (the “Reference Index”). The Reference Index is designed to reflect the performance of the shares of certain companies included on the Russell 3000® Index. The Russell 3000® Index comprises the 3000 largest shares of US companies, based on the combined value of a company’s shares compared to other companies. The Reference Index consists of approximately 2000 of the smallest securities included in the Russell 3000® Index and thus represents approximately 10% of the total market capitalisation of that index. The Fund will aim to replicate or track, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Reference Index by holding a portfolio of equity securities that comprises all, or a substantial number of, the securities comprised in the Reference Index (the “Underlying Securities”).
